C.M.H.I. Is a family owned and operated company that you can trust.  Our family has been dealing with the same local distributors for over 59 years and has strong ties within our community.  Alan R. Satterlee is acting president and is a residential licensed builder, who started working with his father in the family business in 1973.  His mother Dolores, and wife Laura, are both co-owners in the family business.  Dolores says out of their five sons, Alan was the closest to his father Richard, and in some ways they are a lot alike.  First and foremost they both want to make the customer their friend, someone with whom they can trust.  They would never think of high pressuring you into buying from them.  We instill that same concept today with everyone that represents our company!

Richard D. Satterlee was a residential builder from 1950 to 1998 and served in the United States Navy in World War II on board the destroyer, The U.S.S. Erwin.  He was awarded the U.S. Coast Guard Station remodeling project in Ludington, Michigan in 1977.  He passed away (1926- 1998) and is dearly missed.  C.M.H.I. Carries on that family heritgate today that Richard and I both started over 59 years ago.
